# GRC Choice record form

Use the GRC Choice New record form to classify your events and organize them into event groups.

## GRC Choice record form

For a description of the field values, see the following table.

|Field|Description|
|-----|-----------|
|Set|View that is set to Operational Resilience by default.|
|Name|Name of the event group. For example, Weather or Energy Issues.|
|Label|Label for the event group that appears in the UI.|
|Choice category|Category that is set to **Event group** by default.|
|Order|Order of the event group.|
|Parent|Parent category that you associate with an event group.|
