Use the Event record form to create an event that you can associate with a scenario and assess its impact on your services.

For a description of the field values, see the following table.

|Field|Description|
|-----|-----------|
|Name|Name of the event. For example, Flooding or Earthquake.|
|Description|Description of the event.|
|Event group|Event group that you associate with the event. For example, Weather Issues.|
|Active|Option to mark the event as active.|
