# Activate AI skills in ServiceNow Otto for Integrated Risk Management \(IRM\)

Activate a skill before you can use the generative AI capabilities for the ServiceNow Otto for Integrated Risk Management \(IRM\) application.

## Before you begin

Install the Enhanced Features for IRM Professional \(sn\_irm\_pro\_plus\) or Enhanced Features for IRM Enterprise \(sn\_irm\_ent\_plus\) plugin.

Role required: sn\_nowassist\_admin.nsa\_admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Admin Center** > **AI Admin Hub**.

2.  Select the **AI Skills** tab.

3.  Under Technology workflow, select **Risk & Sustainability**.

4.  Open the skill details by selecting **View details** on the skill card.

5.  Enable the skill by selecting **Activate skill**.
