# Recommendation context form

Use the recommendation context form to create a configuration.

|Field|Description|
|-----|-----------|
|Name|Name of the recommendation context. For example, Suggest remediation tasks.|
|Applies to|Table that the recommendation context applies to. For example, Issue \[sn\_grc\_issue\].|
|Extension point|Extension point for the configuration. For information about extension points, see [Extension points](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/governance-risk-compliance/grc-common-functions/extension-points.md).|
|Active|Option to make the configuration active.|
|Heading title|Title of the recommendation card. For example, Remediation task.|
