# Set up an approval configuration record

Set up an approval configuration record to enable multiple levels of approvals and select approvers for each level based on approval rules.

## Before you begin

The GRC: Approver Configurator \(sn\_grc\_appr\) application for approval configurations is installed with the GRC: Policy and Compliance Management application.

Role required: sn\_grc\_appr.admin, sn\_compliance\_ws.corporate\_compliance\_analyst, sn\_compliance\_ws.corporate\_compliance\_manager

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Approval Configurator** > **Approval Configurations**.

2.  Select **New**.

    The Approval Configuration New Record is displayed.

3.  On the form, fill in the fields.

    **Note:** You cannot have more than one approval configuration applying to the table with the same priority.

4.  Select **Submit**.
