# Initiate a chat from Sidebar in Parallel Review and Feedback

Initiate a Sidebar chat to collaborate among different stakeholders to brainstorm solutions, clarify details, or coordinate actions regarding the feedback received.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_rvw\_feedback.reader

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Risk** > **Risk Workspace**.

2.  Select the list \[Omitted image "ListsIcon.jpg"\] Alt text: list icon. icon.

3.  From the list, navigate to **Parallel Review and Feedback** and select **Feedback**.

4.  Open the Feedback that you want to discuss.

5.  Select **Discuss**.

    The Start a Sidebar discussion dialog box appears.

6.  To initiate Sidebar discussion from the record side-panel, open the record that you want to discuss and do the following:

    1.  In the side-panel, select the list \[Omitted image "side-panel-list-icon.jpg"\] Alt text: side panel list icon. icon.

    2.  Select the feedback.

    3.  Select the More actions \[Omitted image "more-actions-vertical-icon.png"\] Alt text: More actions icon. icon on the feedback, and select **Discuss**.

7.  In the Start a Sidebar discussion dialog box, fill in the fields as appropriate.
