# Review and close the feedback

Review the feedback response and take further actions using the Advanced Risk application.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_rvw\_feedback.reviewer

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Risk** > **Risk Workspace** > **My tasks**.

2.  Open the Feedback that you want to review and assess the respondent's comments and response.

3.  If you're satisfied with the response, you have the following choices:

    -   To close the feedback, select **Close**.
    -   To close the feedback with an action, select **Close and initiate an action**.

        **Note:** You can create an issue or link the feedback to an existing record to facilitate follow-up and resolution.

4.  If you’re unsatisfied with the response, select the more actions \[Omitted image "more-actions-new.png"\] Alt text: more action icon icon and do the following:

    1.  Select **Move to draft**.

        This action clears previous responses from the respondent.

    2.  Select **Ok**.
