On the GRC state model form, fill in the fields.

Table that the state model applies to. Available options are:-   To configure Vulnerability state model, select **New** and select Operational vulnerability \[sn\_oper\_res\_vulnerability\] as the table name.
-   To configure Action task model, select **New** and select Action task \[sn\_grc\_case\_mgmt\_case\_task\] as the table name.
