# GRC Choice record form

Use the GRC Choice New record form to add a role for the participants of your scenario analysis.

## GRC Choice record form for the role

For a description of the field values, see the following table.

|Field|Description|
|-----|-----------|
|Set|View that is set to Operational Resilience by default.|
|Name|Name of the role. For example, Facilities or Finance.|
|Label|Label for the role that appears in the UI.|
|Choice category|Category that is set to **Role** by default.|
|Value|Integer value that you set for the role.|
|Order|Order of the role. This field displays the order of the participant role in the GRC Choice table.|
|Parent|Parent category that you associate with the role.|
