You can relate risk statements to an assessment question only if the questions are of the following types: - Choice - Image scale - Numeric scale - Ranking - Boolean - Template **Note:** For Boolean questions, the question can either use yes or no answers or use check boxes that must be selected or cleared. ## Procedure 1. Navigate to **All** > **Privacy Management** > **Assessment Templates**. 2. Click and open the required assessment template. 3. Open the question for which you want to add risk statement
