# Map an information object to a question response

Map the \[PI\] Information objects to the responses of the assessment questions that must be associated to the processing activity. This association helps the privacy teams to understand what personal information is being processed by the processing activity.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_privacy.admin and sn\_privacy.manager

## About this task

You can relate information objects to an assessment question only if the questions are of the following types:

-   Choice
-   Image scale
-   Numeric Scale
-   Ranking

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Privacy Management** > **Assessment Templates**.

2.  Click and open the required assessment template.

3.  In the Metric Categories related list, click the required metric.

    The metric category expands.

4.  In the Assessment Metrics related list, click the required question.

5.  In the Assessment Metric Definitions related list, select a value for which you want to map information objects.

6.  From the Information objects related list, click **Edit**.

7.  Double-click the required information objects in the Collection list.

    Double-clicking automatically moves the objects to the Information objects List list.

8.  Click **Save**.

9.  Click **Update**.


## Result

The information objects are related to the processing activity.
