# Link subflow to template category

Linking a subflow to action categories ensures that this action becomes available in the action set. Template designers can configure these actions based on specific criteria to trigger automatically once the assessment is completed.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_smart\_asmt.assessment\_admin or sn\_smart\_asmt.template\_manager and sn\_smart\_imp\_auto.automation\_creator

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Smart assessment engine** > **Administration** > **Template categories**.

2.  Select the relevant template category.

3.  Select **Action categories**.

4.  Select **Edit**.

5.  From the **Collection** list select the subflow that needs to be linked to the action set and move it to **Action categories list**.

6.  Select **Save**.
