# View the sample questions in the base system

TPRM includes sample questionnaires that you can use to define questionnaire templates for your organization.

## Before you begin

To include sample questionnaires, you select **Load demo data** while installing TPRM. See [Configuring Third-party Risk Management](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/governance-risk-compliance/third-party-risk-management/tprm-configuring.md) for installation instructions.

Role required: admin or sn\_vdr\_risk\_asmt.vendor\_risk\_admin

## About this task

-   Sample questions don’t include scoring or right/wrong answers — you define those attributes.
-   Sample questions aren’t updated to support regulatory changes — you manage changes.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Third-party Risk Management** > **Assessment Setup** > **Questionnaire Templates**.
