Use Knowledge Base widgets to build a knowledge base for your GDS Service Portal.

Knowledge Management widgets are included as part of the GDS Service Portal. Use these widgets to build a knowledge base for your portal.

You can customize what is shown in the Knowledge base widgets by adding or removing items in the Knowledge base associated with the Portal.
