Fields Description
Entity This field label will display the chosen entity type. Entity types that can be linked to an evidence record include: **Persons**, **Locations**, **Events**, **Vehicles**, **Properties**, **Firearms**, and **Organizations**, and is chosen via the tabs in Evidence Management. Choose an existing entity record from the case\(s\) linked to this evidence record by entering and selecting it in the field. If the entity you need isn't listed, make sure it has already been created in the Entity tab on the case linked to the evidence. For example, if you are linking a Person to an evidence record, the person may have the following relationship types to the evidence item:- Person\(s\) linked to evidence - DNA or fingerprint evidence - Witness statements or testimonies
Relationship description Provides additional details about how the entity is related to the evidence.
## Persons
