# Install the Performance Analytics and Reporting Solution for Public Sector Digital Services

Install the content pack for the Public Sector Digital Services Platform Analytics Solution from the ServiceNow Store.

## Before you begin

-   Activate the full, subscription version of Performance Analytics on the instance where you're activating this Platform Analytics Solution. You can activate Performance Analytics on a non-production instance without purchasing a subscription. For more information, see [Activate your Performance Analytics subscription](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/now-intelligence/c_PremiumPerformanceAnalytics.md).

-   Install Public Sector Digital Services Core from the ServiceNow Store.

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **System Applications** > **All Applications** > **ServiceNow Store**.

2.  Browse for Performance Analytics Content Pack for Public Sector Digital Services and verify that you have the necessary valid entitlements.

    You need a HI account and permission to request applications for the instances under consideration. The HI account and the instance need to be part of the same company. For more information, see [Install a ServiceNow Product](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/help?article=KB0030186) on the ServiceNow Store.

3.  Search for `Performance Analytics Content Pack for Public Sector Digital Services`.

4.  Install the application.
