# Create a group for all location support agents in Care Team Operations for Healthcare IT

Create a group for location support agents with the sn\_cto\_hcit.loc\_support\_agent role assigned so that users added to this group inherits the collection of roles for Care Team Operations for Healthcare IT.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## About this task

The location support agent role gives healthcare organization members the ability to view only healthcare IT cases associated with their healthcare organization.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **User Administration** > **Groups**.

2.  Select **New**.

3.  In the name field, enter a name for your team member group.

4.  Fill in the other fields as needed.

5.  Navigate to the roles related list.

6.  Select **Edit**.

7.  Add the **sn\_cto\_hcit.loc\_support\_agent** role into the Roles List.

8.  Select **Save**.


## Result

A user group is created for your location support agents to which you can assign your IT fulfillers when doing automated user imports.
