# Activate Care Team Work Management

Activate the Care Team Work Management \[com.sn\_cto\] application.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## About this task

The application includes demo data for Care Team Work Management and installs related applications and plugins when they aren’t already installed.

This application has a dependency on Healthcare Operations Core \[com.sn\_hco\].

**Note:** Installing Care Team Work Management also installs the following applications:

-   Healthcare and Life Sciences Service Management Core
-   Healthcare Operations Core
-   Healthcare Operations Orchestration
-   Smart Assessments
-   Task Plan Templates
-   Planned Work Management \(PWM\)

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **System Applications** > **All Available Applications** > **All**.

2.  Find the Care Team Work Management application \[com.sn\_cto\] using the filter criteria and search bar.

3.  If you're prompted, follow the links to the ServiceNow Store to get any additional entitlements for dependencies.

4.  Select **Install**.
