# Create a group for operational leaders

Create a group for operational leaders with the sn\_cto.care\_team\_agent\_manager and wm.dispatch roles assigned so that users added to this group will inherit the collection of roles needed for care team managers.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **User Administration** > **Groups**.

2.  Select **New**.

3.  In the name field, enter a name for your team member group.

4.  Fill in the other fields as needed.

5.  Navigate to the roles related list.

6.  Click **Edit**.

7.  Add the sn\_cto.care\_team\_agent\_manager and wm.dispatch roles into the Roles List.

8.  Click **Save**.


## Result

A user group has been created that you can assign care team members to when doing automated user imports.
