# Input team details into the Care team activities playbook

Complete the **Care teams** playbook stage in the Care team activities playbook.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_cto.loc\_support\_agent and sn\_hco\_orc.plan\_author

## Procedure

1.  In the **Care team activities playbook**, navigate to the **Care teams** stage.

2.  Use the selector to view the list of applicable care teams and check one or more eligible teams or units.

    **Note:** Only teams and units eligible for this plan are shown. Use **Add all** to add all eligible teams to this plan.

3.  Select **Save**.

    The plan generates a **Care team case** and associated **Care team tasks** for each selected team or unit.
