# Enter Schedule details in the Care team activities playbook

Complete the **Schedule** playbook stage in the Care team activities playbook.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_cto.loc\_support\_agent and sn\_hco\_orc.plan\_author

## About this task

The Care team activities playbook uses the same PWM Schedule activity as the Operational rounding playbook.

## Procedure

1.  In the **Care team activities playbook**, navigate to the **Schedule** stage.

2.  Choose the cadence at which you want this plan's cases and tasks created:

    -   **Immediate** - Generates the care team cases and tasks immediately upon publishing this plan.
    -   **One time** - Generates the care team cases and tasks at a future date as specified in **Effective start date** in **Schedule details**.
    -   **Recurring** - Generates the care team cases and tasks at the date specified in **Effective start date** in **Schedule details**. It then recurs a series of days thereafter as specified in **Lead time \[in days\]**.
3.  Select **Save & continue**.
