# Care team activities playbook in Care Team Work Management

The **Care team activities playbook** guides plan authors through building recurring, unit-level task plans directly within Care Team Work Management.

The **Care team activities playbook** enables care team task plan authors to define a recurring or one-time activities plan once, such as a daily unit safety check or a routine equipment inspection. The system then automatically generates care team cases and tasks for every selected team or unit according to a configured schedule.

Unlike the [Create a care team task plan using the Operational rounding playbook](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/healthcare-life-sciences/ctwm-operational-rounding-playbook.md), the Care team activities playbook works directly at the care team case and task level. It does not create a healthcare orchestration case. For multi-unit programs that require hospital-wide coordination and reporting, use the Operational rounding playbook instead.
