## Procedure

1.  In the **Operational rounding playbook**, navigate to the **Care team case** stage.

2.  Provide a **Short description**.

    For example, “Conduct safety assessment in your unit”.

3.  Set the **Priority**.

4.  Enter a detailed description.

5.  Select **Save & continue.**
