# Complete Care team task details in Operational Rounding

Complete the **Care team task** playbook stage in the Operational rounding playbook.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_hco\_orc.loc\_support\_agent or sn\_hco\_orc.plan author

## Procedure

1.  In the **Operational rounding playbook**, navigate to the **Care team task** stage.

2.  Enter a name and short description for a task.

3.  If needed, select an existing smart assessment or create a new one.

4.  Define a conditional execution rule so the assessment only appears when specified conditions are met.

5.  If required, select **+Add** to add an additional task.

6.  Select **Continue**.
