# Input Schedule details into the Operational Rounding playbook

Complete the **Schedule** playbook stage in the Operational rounding playbook.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_hco\_orc.loc\_support\_agent or sn\_hco\_orc.plan author

## Procedure

1.  In the **Operational rounding playbook**, navigate to the **Schedule** stage.

2.  Choose the cadence at which you want this case created:

    -   **Immediate** - Generates the healthcare orchestration case and all child cases and tasks immediately upon publishing this plan.
    -   **One time** - Generates the healthcare orchestration case and all child cases and tasks at a future date as specified in **Effective start date** in **Schedule details**.
    -   **Recurring** - Generates the healthcare orchestration case and all child cases and tasks at the date specified in **Effective start date in Schedule details**and then recurs a series of days thereafter as specified in **Lead time \[in days\]**.
3.  Select **Save & continue**.

4.  Select **Publish** to publish your task plan.


## Result

Your task plan has been published and any cases or tasks created as part of this plan will generate as scheduled.
