# Enable ServiceNow Otto for AI Search for case intake

Enable AI search so that users can start the case intake process from the search menu in Care Team Portal.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **System Properties**.

2.  Select **glide.service\_portal.enable\_ais\_portal.allow\_list**.

3.  In **Value**, add the `Care Team Portal` sys\_id.

4.  Select **Save**.


## Result

The case intake process can now be initiated from the search menu in Care Team Portal.
