# Promote ServiceNow Otto for Virtual Agent for Care Team Portal

The Request care team assistance agentic workflow can be promoted in Assistant Designer to show when using ServiceNow Otto for Virtual Agent.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Assistant Designer** > **Asset library**.

2.  In Select assistant, select **ServiceNow Otto for Virtual Agent**.

3.  In **Request care team assistance**, navigate to the additional options icon.

4.  In Visibility, select **Promoted**.

5.  Select **Save**.


## Result

The Request care team assistance agentic workflow is now promoted for users and is selectable when using ServiceNow Otto for Virtual Agent in Care Team Portal.
