# Associate assignment groups with a healthcare organization in Healthcare Operations Core

Create assignment groups for your healthcare organizations to determine which user groups are associated with specific healthcare organizations.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Healthcare Operations** > **Healthcare Organizations**.

2.  Select the healthcare organization that you want to associate an assignment group with.

3.  In the Assignment Groups related list, select **New**.

4.  On the Service Organization Assignment Group form, fill in the fields:

Auto-populated with the name of the healthcare organization to which you’re adding an assignment group.
