Using work items eliminates manual coordination across systems, reduces fragmented workflows, avoids inefficiencies, presents delays in leveraging valuable insights, and duplicate efforts. You can use the Impact Workspace to convert impact squad recommendations, free-form recommendations, or initiatives, and product adoption roadmaps into SPM or CWM work items such as: - Product Idea - Demand - Project - Story - Epic - Feature - Collaborative Work Management \(CWM\) Board ## Work Items page The Work Items page displays a centralized view of existing Strategic Portfolio Management \(SPM\) or Collaborative Work Management \(CWM\) work items along with their **Impact Source**, **State**, **Progress**, and **Status**. You can view the grouped view of various work items grouped under SPM Work Items and CWM Work items. Select **Show All** to display an expanded view of the work items under a specific group. For instance, selecting**Show All** for **Initiatives** under **SPM Work Items** displays all the existing SPM work items created using initiatives. \[Omitted image "work-items-page-groupedview.png"\] Alt text: Expanded Work Items view You can search the work items on the **Work Items** page by using the search text box.
