# Summarize Consumption Reports with ServiceNow Otto for Impact

View a concise summary of a Consumption Report in Impact, including adoption of recommended applications, active Now Support cases with response times, and usage of developer support and Instance Observer seats.

**Note:** Access to the Consumption Report summarization with ServiceNow Otto for Impact feature requires a Pro Plus license for any ServiceNow product.

Role required: Impact App Admin, Impact Platform Owner, Impact Portfolio Owner.

## About this task

Use the ServiceNow Otto based Consumption Report summary to view the following:

-   Details of Accelerator usage and its alignment with business objectives.
-   Overview of active Now Support cases, with details on response times for P1 and P2 cases and current resolution progress.
-   Current usage overview for Developer Support and Instance Observer seats highlighting any over or under allocations.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Impact** > **Consumption Report**.

2.  Select **Summarize**.

    ServiceNow Otto for Impact generates and displays summary information for the outcome, as shown in the following example.

3.  Provide feedback for the summary by selecting the thumbs-up \[Omitted image "thumbs-up-outline-24.svg"\] or thumbs-down \[Omitted image "thumbs-down-outline-24.svg"\] icons.

4.  Select the Copy to clipboard icon \[Omitted image "copytoclipboard.png"\] Alt text: Copy to clipboard to use the summary outside of the app \(for example, to include in an email\).

5.  If you think that data might have changed after you viewed the summary, refresh the summary information by selecting the redo icon \[Omitted image "refresh\_aisummary.png"\] Alt text: Refresh.
