# Manage Impact Delivery Instance users

Impact Delivery Instance \(IDI\) admins can create, view, and manage their users.

## Before you begin

**Note:** See [Roles installed with Impact](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/impact/impact-roles.md) for information about Impact role permissions.

Role required: Impact admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Impact** > **User Profile Menu** > **Manage Users**.

2.  Select **Add new user**.

3.  Enter the relevant information including:

    -   User email \(required\)
    -   User First and Last names \(required\)
    -   Impact role
    -   Impact feature access
    -   ServiceNow University access role
4.  Select **Submit**.

    The new user is created.

5.  Edit or remove user permissions
6.  Navigate to **Impact** > **User Profile Menu** > **Manage Users**.

7.  Select **View all users**.

8.  Enter the users name into the **Search users** field.

9.  Select **Actions** > **Edit role\(s\)**.

10. Edit the user role and access accordingly.

    Set the user role to **None** to remove IDI access.

11. Select **Confirm**.

    -   A confirmation message displays then you are returned to the company users page.
    -   An email will be sent to the user with information on how to log in to Impact.
