# Configure update set integration

Configure the update set integration to automatically synchronize update set scan results from developer instances to the production instance.

## Before you begin

My SN Instances registration and authentication must be complete. See [Register your instance](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/impact/register-your-instance.md).

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **ALL** > **Impact** > **Configuration** > **Scan Engine Properties**.

2.  Select the **Update set scanning** properties tab.

3.  Configure the integration settings.

4.  Select **Enable update set summary scan synchronization** to automatically sync update set scan summaries between instances.


## Result

Update set scans completed on developer instances sync automatically to the Production instance.
