# Custom schedule plan form

Use this reference to understand the fields available when configuring a custom schedule.This form is also used to configure a schedule for a work set sub-activity.

Schedule time zone notice

</td><td>

Schedule time zone, which is the time zone of the currently logged-in user.

 The system resolves the default time zone in the following order:

 1.  Time zone of the site defined on the functional location of the schedule plan or sub-activity, if available.
2.  Otherwise, time zone of the standard's location, if available.
3.  Otherwise, time zone of the current user, if available.
4.  Otherwise, you must specify a time zone.

Recurrence

How often the task runs. Options are:-   Daily
-   Weekly
-   Monthly

Start date

</td><td>

Date and time when the task begins. Format: yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss.

 If shift-based scheduling is enabled, this field changes from a date-time field to a date-only field. Select only the date from which the schedule plan starts releasing tasks. The time is automatically calculated from the shift configuration.

End date

</td><td>

Date and time when the task ends. Format: yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss.

 The time format is not displayed when shift-based scheduling is enabled. The end time frame is automatically calculated from the selected shifts and production day configuration.

Last date for recurrence. Format: yyyy-MM-dd.Not available when configuring a schedule for a work set sub-activity.

Interval for recurrence. Enter a number to indicate how many days between task runs.

Every x Week\(s\)

</td><td>

Interval for recurrence. Enter a number to define how many weeks between runs.

</td><td>

Interval for recurrence. Enter a number to define how many months between runs.

-   For weekly recurrence, select specific days of the week for the recurrence \(Mon–Sun check boxes\).
-   For monthly recurrence, select the recurrence within the month. Options are:
    -   Same day of the month
    -   Same day of the week
    -   Last day of the month
    -   First weekday of the month

Define shift\(s\) toggle

</td><td>

Option to enables shift selection. When active, tasks are scheduled for selected shifts only.

Shifts that are available.

 For shift-based schedules you aren't required to manually enter start and end times.
