# Industrial Guided Task form

The following table describes the field values for the Industrial Guided Task form in Industrial Connected Workforce Mobile Experience.

Short description

Short description of the guided task. This field is automatically filled with the name of the standard from which the task is being created.

Priority

</td><td>

Priority of the guided task. Options are:-   None
-   1 - Direct
-   2 - This shift
-   3 - Today
-   4 - Within 7 days
-   5 - Within 30 days
-   6 - Unplanned

If not selected, the default value is **3 - Today**.

Planned start

</td><td>

Planned start of the task execution.

</td></tr><tr><td>

Planned end

</td><td>

Planned end of the task execution.

</td></tr><tr><td>

Due date

</td><td>

Date by which the task is to be executed. If not set, this field calculated based on priority.

</td></tr><tr><td>

Functional location

</td><td>

Industrial facility work area where the task is to be completed. The location is defined using the ISA-95 standard.

</td></tr><tr><td>

Equipment

</td><td>

Machine to which the task relates. This field is automatically filled if equipment is specified in the standard.

</td></tr><tr><td>

Assigned to

</td><td>

User that the task has been assigned to.

</td></tr><tr><td>

Score status

</td><td>

Result of the scoring for the guided task, displayed in the header once the task is submitted or closed complete. Options are:-   Successful
-   Unsuccessful
-   Not scored

The score status is hidden when the value is No target available.

Total score

</td><td>

Calculated score for the completed guided task, based on the assessment results. Displayed in the header when the score status is No target available, and always shown in the task details, once the task is submitted or closed complete.

</td><td>

Desired score set as a performance goal on the standard. Displayed in the task details once the task is submitted or closed complete.
