# Ask ServiceNow Otto for Workflow Data Fabric \(WDF\) for recommendations

Find guidance on setting up integrations, understand the advantages of different integration tools, and get links to sources of information.

## Before you begin

Role required: df\_data\_steward, connection\_admin, wdf\_operator, wdf\_builder, wdf\_consumer

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Workflow Data Fabric** > **Workflow Data Fabric Home**.

2.  On the landing page, enter your question in the ServiceNow Otto conversation interface.

    You can also use the ServiceNow Otto panel embedded in the top-right corner of the Workflow Data Fabric \(WDF\) home page header by clicking the sparkle \[Omitted image "image.now-assist-sparkle-icon-dark"\] icon.

3.  Enter your question in plain language.

    For example, `How can I connect to Jira`. If specific applications have data available that you want to use, enter the application name and get relevant links. For example, `MySQL`.

4.  Select source links to see more information about a topic.

## Result

ServiceNow Otto for Workflow Data Fabric \(WDF\) provides the information that you requested, including alternatives, sources, and a summary.

## Search documents across cloud drives

The support team is investigating customer churn. It wants to find data assets in the Data Catalog that hold subscription and cancellation records, along with the related glossary terms.

## Enrich metadata for data assets

A recent metadata collector run onboarded new assets to the Data Catalog, but their metadata is still incomplete. Select the promoted [Bulk enrich assets](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/integrate-applications/ai-metadata-enrichment-overview-dc.md) action, if available on this panel, or ask Otto to bulk enrich the assets.
