# Activate skills for ServiceNow Otto for Automation Center

Activate the skills available for ServiceNow Otto for Automation Center to work with ease and reduce manual effort in creating automation requests and exploring automations.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_generative\_ai.nsa\_admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **AI Admin Hub** > **Skills**.

2.  Select **Other** under **Platform**.

3.  Turn on the skill from the list.

    The skill is activated on your instance.

    -   User task step summarization skill: Creates automation requests from the Task Mining Workspace and generate automations from Task Mining recordings.
