# Map source values

Map the source state values with the destination state values.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_ac.automation\_technical\_user or sn\_ac.automation\_admin

Proceed from the **Add source values** section. For information on aligning source and destination fields, see [Add source values](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/integrate-applications/automation-center/add-source-values.md).

## Procedure

1.  Drag each source value to map with the destination value.

    **Note:** Values can only be dragged and dropped. Hard coded values are not allowed. Also, one value cannot be mapped to multiple columns.

2.  Select **Save and continue**.

    The **Review and activate** section is displayed.
