# Download a package version in RPA Hub

Download a package version in RPA Hub so that it can be opened from the RPA Desktop Design Studio to build, debug, or modify the automation.

## Before you begin

Create a package. For more information, see [Create a package to assign to a bot process](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/integrate-applications/create-package.md).

Role required: sn\_rpa\_fdn.rpa\_release\_manager, sn\_rpa\_fdn.rpa\_developer, sn\_rpa\_fdn.rpa\_robot, sn\_rpa\_fdn.rpa\_support\_user, sn\_rpa\_fdn.rpa\_assisted\_user, or sn\_rpa\_fdn.rpa\_admin

## About this task

Package version file is an iBot file that contains the automation logic that you can open in RPA Desktop Design Studio. To view this automation file \(ibot\), install the RPA Desktop Design Studio application in your machine. For more information, see [Install RPA Desktop Design Studio](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/integrate-applications/install-rpa-studio.md).

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Robotic Process Automation** > **RPA Hub Workspace**.

2.  Select the list icon \(\[Omitted image "rpahublist-icon.png"\] Alt text: List icon.\).

3.  On the **Lists** tab, under **Build**, select **Packages**.

4.  Open a package whose package version you want to download.

5.  On the **Package Versions** tab, select a version that you want to download.

6.  In the Attachments section, select an attachment, select the three-dot menu, and select **Download**.

7.  In the **Activity** and **Compose** fields, view the activity of the form, work notes, and additional comments.
