# Password reset using Integration Hub

Create subflows in Integration Hub to automate and customize the password reset process for users managed by third-party applications such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID.

Create subflows in Integration Hub to automate password reset processes. Use the [Password Reset](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/servicenow-platform/password-reset-landing-page.md) to enable an end user to use a self-service process to reset or change the password. Alternatively, your organization can implement a process that requires a service desk agent to reset passwords for end users. ## Password reset Integration Hubusage overview

Navigate to **Password Reset** > **Usage Overview** view the count of password reset transactions performed using Integration Hub for your instance.

**Note:** Admin must activate the Password Reset - Orchestration Add-on \(com.glideapp.password\_reset.addon.orchestration\) plugin to view the dashboard.
