# Configure AI specialists in AI Agent Studio

Configure your AI specialists in your autonomous workforce in AI Agent Studio.

The following is the basic workflow for configuring an AI specialist.

    Set basic details like the AI specialist's name, icon, role, and assignment groups. Assignment groups are the most important setting because they determine which groups the AI specialist can act on behalf of.
