# Connect ServiceNow Cowork to Microsoft 365

Connect your Microsoft account so ServiceNow Cowork can work with your mail, calendar, Microsoft OneDrive files, and Teams chats and channels. After you connect, you can ask Cowork to draft and send email, schedule meetings, find files, and post to Microsoft Teams.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_app\_cowork.user

## About this task

Your organization must configure the Microsoft 365 app.

## Procedure

1.  From your user name, navigate to **Settings** > **Connectors**.

2.  Select **Add**.

3.  From the Connector type list, select **Microsoft 365**.

    Signing in with your Microsoft account includes your Microsoft Outlook email, calendar, Microsoft OneDrive and Microsoft SharePoint files, and Microsoft Teams chats and channels.

4.  Select **Connect Microsoft 365**.

5.  Select your Microsoft account.

6.  Complete your organization's identity verification.

7.  When Authorization Successful appears, close the browser tab and return to ServiceNow Cowork.


## Result

Microsoft 365 appears in the Connectors list with a Connected status, which confirms that the connector is configured and active. Cowork can now read and send mail, read your calendar, Microsoft OneDrive files, Microsoft SharePoint content, Microsoft Teams messages, and user profiles.
