This AI agent creates device or user collections in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. It collects the required details, confirms the request with the user before acting, and reports the result or any error.

## Workflow

The agent helps the user create a device or user collection in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.

1.  Ask the user whether to create a device collection or a user collection.
2.  Ask for the name of the new collection.
3.  Ask whether to use the default limiting collection or a limiting collection that the user specifies.
4.  Summarize the collection details and ask the user to confirm before creating it.
5.  Create the collection and report its name and ID, or explain any error that occurred.
