It confirms the deletion with the user and, when applications are assigned to the group, lets the user delete those assignments, keep them, or cancel the deletion. ## Workflow The agent helps the user delete a group in Microsoft Intune. 1. Ask the user for the group name or ID. 2. Look up the group by name and, if several match, ask the user to choose the correct one. 3. Ask the user to confirm the deletion. 4. Check whether any application assignments use the group and, if so, list them. 5. Ask whether to delete those application assignments first, delete the group without removing them, or cancel the deletion. 6. Delete the group and report the result, or explain any error that occurred.

| Allow AI specialists to access this AI agent | When enabled, AI specialists can use this agent. This value is off \(false\) by default. When set to true, more configuration options for tools become available so that an AI specialist can map inputs and response templates to tool outputs. This setting is defined in the AI Agent configs \[sn\_aia\_agent\_config\] table on the Specialist enabled field. |
| Manage long-term memory | When enabled, all previous user interactions are used as context for the LLM. This value is off \(false\) by default. This setting is defined by the **sn\_aia.ltm.enable\_long\_term\_memory** system property.
