There are distinct dashboards for reporting on vendors and ServiceNow AI, ensuring that enterprise-wide metrics remain separate from those specific to ServiceNow AI systems. ## Dashboards overview Dashboards provide in-depth insights into various aspects of AI systems within your organization. These dashboards highlight key metrics for productivity gains, cost reductions, and net returns of the AI systems within your enterprise. To cater to different reporting needs, there are separate dashboards designed to track performance metrics for external vendors and those specific to ServiceNow AI. This segregation is essential to ensure that the analysis of enterprise-wide metrics remains distinct and does not get conflated with the data pertaining solely to ServiceNow AI systems. The following dashboards are included: - **Value** This dashboard reports on productivity gains, costs, and returns across all vendors. The metrics included are limited to those that can be calculated for every vendor. - **Engagement** Reports how often AI systems are used, and by which departments and countries, across all vendors. - **ServiceNow AI** This dashboard combines both the value and engagement metrics specific to ServiceNow AI systems and includes additional metrics that are unique to these systems. The ServiceNow AI dashboard features its own tabs, including tabs for creator skills and evaluation. Creator skill metrics apply exclusively to ServiceNow AI systems and don't appear in the broader enterprise-wide views. ## Dashboard visibility The dashboards that appear depend on your subscription. A subscription that covers only ServiceNow AI systems shows the ServiceNow AI dashboard. A broader subscription shows all three views. ## How it works Dashboards use multiple sources within the Measure pillar to provide insights. - **Value templates** These templates provide productivity gain figures that support time savings and rank top AI systems. - **Cost framework** This framework supplies the average hourly rate and total AI costs used to calculate money saved and net AI returns. - **Discovery** This component identifies the AI systems and executions included in the engagement metrics, noting that manually created indicators aren't counted. The AI system usage widget provides a summary of usage by vendor and reports the total value generated for each vendor. By selecting a vendor, you can access a detailed list view that reports on each individual AI system.
