# Acknowledge enterprise assets in the recall order

Review and confirm the enterprise assets included in the recall order to proceed with the recall process.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_eam.enterprise\_asset\_manager

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Enterprise Asset Workspace** > **Inventory**.

2.  Select the **Recall orders** tab.

3.  Select the recall order that you want to acknowledge.

4.  Select **Acknowledge Recall**

    An Acknowledge task in the Open state is created and listed under the Recall Tasks tab.

5.  Select the acknowledge task.

6.  Verify the recall order details and assets listed under the **Recall Assets** tab.

7.  Select **Close task**.


## Result

-   The State of the Acknowledge task changes from **Open** to **Closed Complete**.
-   The Stage of the recall order changes to **Acknowledged**.
-   The **Begin recall process** button appears.

Select **Begin recall process** to proceed with the recall process for the specified enterprise assets.
