# Create stockroom for enterprise assets

Create a stockroom in the Enterprise Asset Management application and assign assets to it.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_eam.enterprise\_admin or sn\_eam.enterptrise\_asset\_manager

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Enterprise Asset Workspace** > **Inventory** > **All stockrooms**.

2.  Select **New**.

3.  On the form, fill in the fields.

-   Field Agent
-   FSL
-   On site

Hours during which the stockroom operates.

Description

</td><td>

Description of the stockroom.

Exclude from distribution channels

</td><td>

Option to exclude the stockroom from all stockroom distribution channels, which link stockrooms together for more efficient asset sourcing and transfers.

Exclude from service locations

</td><td>

Option to exclude the stockroom from all service locations in which you are completing work orders or work order tasks.

Warehouse tasks required

Option to enable the Asset pick task and Asset put away task for the stockroom.

External

</td><td>

Indicates if this stockroom is managed internally \(check box is cleared\) or is managed externally by a third party \(check box is selected\).

Sourcing by AI Agents

Auto-consume

</td><td>

Asset sourcing option that helps you fulfill enterprise asset requests autonomously. This option enables AI agents to automatically use assets that are available in this stockroom.

</td><td>

Asset sourcing option that helps you fulfill enterprise asset requests autonomously. This option enables AI agents to automatically generate purchase orders for assets that are not currently available in this stockroom.

Auto-transfer

Asset sourcing option that helps you fulfill enterprise asset requests autonomously. This option enables AI agents to automatically generate transfer orders to move assets between this stockroom and any other stockroom that has this option enabled.

    The newly created stockroom appears in the **All stockrooms** tab.
