# Enterprise Asset Management for Providers

Enterprise Asset Management for Providers is a licensable application that enables Device as a Service \(DaaS\) providers, vendors, and manufacturers to manage all DaaS-related activities, including the fulfillment of Return Merchandise Authorization \(RMA\) requests, from a single location.

The Enterprise Asset Management for Providers \(com.sn\_eam\_provider\) application is a specialized offering within the suite of Enterprise Asset Management solutions. The application adds DaaS provider-based functionalities and workflows to the Enterprise Asset Management application, including the capabilities to create and manage provider-based RMA response orders and inbound asset orders.

You can install and use the application only if you've already installed the Enterprise Asset Management \(com.sn\_eam\) application or one of the following Enterprise Asset Management-dependent applications on your ServiceNow instance:

-   OT Asset Management \(com.sn\_otam\)
-   Enterprise Asset Management for Healthcare \(com.sn\_eamhc\)
-   Enterprise Asset Management for Facilities \(com.sn\_eamfam\)
-   Enterprise Asset Management for Data Center and Network Asset Management \(com.sn\_eam\_dcnam\)
