# Request repair of enterprise assets using Service Catalog

Submit a Service Catalog request to repair enterprise assets that are defective or pending repair in your stockroom.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_eam.enterprise\_asset\_manager or sn\_eam.enterprise\_asset\_technician.

## About this task

You can request repair of multiple defective enterprise assets in your stockroom using a single catalog request.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Service catalog** > **Enterprise Asset Lifecycle** > **Asset Repair**.

2.  On the form, fill in the fields.

    1.  Select the Edit Asset\(s\) icon \[Omitted image "icon-lock.png"\] Alt text:.

    2.  Select the assets from the list.

        You can add one or more assets to the request.

    3.  Select the Lock icon \[Omitted image "unlock-icon.png"\] Alt text:.

4.  Select **Submit**.


## Result

-   Your repair request is submitted successfully.
-   A repair order is created in the **Draft** stage.
-   Each asset in the repair order is associated with a repair order line that is in the **Troubleshoot** stage.
