If ServiceNow Otto for Hardware Asset Management \(HAM\) is installed, expand the **Otto** module to enable and customize preconfigured AI skills to automate common HAM workflows. Selecting **Otto Skills** opens the \[var.now-assist-admin\] filtered to the **HAM** tab in a new window, where you can edit existing skill configurations. When done, close the window to return to the Configuration Console.
