# Delete pallet assets

Delete a pallet asset when no assets are associated with it.

## Before you begin

Role required: asset

## About this task

You can delete a pallet only if it’s empty. Remove any assets before trying to delete the pallet.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Hardware Asset Workspace** > **Asset estate**.

2.  Select the **Pallets** tab.

3.  Select the pallet that you want to delete.

4.  Select the more actions icon \[Omitted image "more-actions-icon.png"\] Alt text: More actions icon next to the **Save** button and select **Delete**.


## Result

The pallet that you deleted is no longer shown under the Pallets tab.
